Every message that is sent through the QIAT List is distributed to over 2500 subscribers. Although QIAT is most closely related to schools, everyone interested in assistive technology is welcome to participate. Current subscribers include: individuals with disabilities; family members; professional service providers such as teachers, administrators, speech, occupational, and physical therapists, counselors, and advocates; policy makers; university personnel; and developers and suppliers of assistive technology tools.
If the QIAT List is really busy, how can I reduce the number of messages I get each day?
Go to http://lsv.uky.edu/archives/QIAT.html to change the settings on your QIAT subscription to a digest version. Digests combine several messages before sending so that you receive only one or two messages a day. Most people have found the HTML digest to be the most user-friendly.
