 The Cordless Big Red switch is 5 inches in diameter, and looks like the Big Red Switch without a cord. It is used with a small appliance receiever which can be connected to low-wattage appliances with two-wrong plugs. Both the switch and the receiver are battery operated. The switch has four modes of control. They include Direct Mode, Timed Seconds Mode, Timed Minute Mode, and Latch Mode. The Direct Mode allows the appliance to be activated only when the Big Red Switch is turned on. The Time Seconds Mode allows the appliance to be activated for a preset length of time between 0 and 60 seconds. The Timed Minute mode is the same except it can be activated for 0 to 60 minutes.
